1. Cow face arms
You should feel the stretch in your chest area and back.
2. Neck release
Extend your arm for a deeper stretch. You should feel it in your shoulders and lower neck.
3. Eagle arms
You'll feel it in your arms and upper back.
4. Side bend
The stretch should make you feel a lengthening on each side of your torso.
5. Seated twist
Make sure you turn your head last. You'll feel it in your obliques and spine.
6. Seated pigeon
You should feel this one in your hips.
Be sure to perform all stretches on both sides!
